Report a Security Vulnerability

This form is intended ONLY for the purposes of reporting possible security vulnerabilities for Snips products and services. To report a system vulnerability, you may contact Snips by entering the following information in the form below to our Support team. Please provide as much of this information as possible to help us understand the nature of the vulnerability:

• Your contact information (Name, user account, address, phone number, email) so we can reach out to you if we have any questions.
• Description of the problem or vulnerability.
• Type of vulnerability (e.g. buffer overflow, SQL injection, cross-site scripting, etc).
• How was it discovered and some instructions so we can reproduce the problem.
• What product or service contains the problem (e.g. product name, website link, etc).
• Sample code if available.
• Steps to reproduce the problem.
